itracks and Microsoft’s #BuildFor2030 Gender Equality

#BuildFor2030

itracks is excited to participate in the Microsoft #BuildFor2030 Initiative-an opportunity to accelerate innovation and collective impact together with Microsoft, helping to advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Together, we are helping create positive business outcomes and enabling solutions for a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable world. One of these initiatives that itracks is proud to highlight is gender equality.

Gender Diversity in the Workplace

An inclusive and diverse workforce represents the overall workplace and the company. The people of the workforce should feel included, involved, and supported in every aspect of the workplace. However, the statistics of actual gender diversity in the workplace are significantly low, considering its importance. According to BuiltIn’s “57 Diversity in the Workplace Statistics You Should Know”, men are twice as likely to be hired over women, and only 8% of Fortune 500 CEO’s are women. These two statistics alone showcase the continuation of the lack of gender diversity within the workplace in 2022.
